Just so you know, I’ve been specially created just for you and am part of the VTech® Switch & Go Dinos® Turbo crew! Switch & Go Dinos® are a special breed of dinosaurs that transform from vehicle to dino in a few easy steps. You’re going to love playing with me!Not only can you transform me with the push of a button, but you can help me do other cool things, too! Try using the directional buttons on my remote control and you can control my every move. Help speed up my movement by cranking my  turbo  charge lever and  pressing my  turbo boost button! Customize me by choosing my eyes in dino mode or picking a driver when I’m in vehicle mode!  Press other buttons and you’ll hear me make awesome sounds, hear me talk and tell you about my wild life as a dinosaur! 4GETTING STARTEDBATTERY INSTALLATION1.  Make sure the unit and remote control are turned OFF.2.  Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the unit and remote control. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw.3.  First, install  6  new “AA” size (LR6/AM-3) batteries following  the diagram inside the battery box in the main unit. Then, install 2 new “AA” size  (LR6/AM-3)  batteries  following  the  diagram  inside the battery box in the remote controller. (The use of new alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance.)4.  Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw in both to secure it.NOTE:  When the battery runs low, the toy will no longer respond. 787135246Please choose from one of the three label designs to decorate Bronco the RC Triceratops™. Attach the chosen group of labels to the location on the product that matches the number next to the label.Note:Itispossibleforthefrontbumperandsidepaneltogetseparatedif the unit runs into something with enough force. 8PRODUCT FEATURES1.  TURN THE UNIT ON  Slide the Remote Control Off/Channel Switch to the I or II position to turn the Remote Control ON.  Slide the  Off/Channel  Switch  on  Bronco  the  RC Triceratops™ to  the  same  I  or  II  position  as  the Remote Control.  The Remote Control and Bronco the  RC  Triceratops™ must  be  on  the  same  I  or  II channel to send and receive signals. Note: I and II settings are two different channels the Remote Control and Bronco the RC Triceratops™ can operate on. If two units are operating in the same vicinity, put one unit on channel I and the other on channel II.2.  REMOTE CONTROL POWER INDICATOR  After  the Remote  Control  is  turned  ON,  the Remote Control Power Indicatorwillashtoshow the remote is ON. The indicator light will illuminate anytime a button is pressed, lever is pulled or the Steering Wheel is turned. The light indicates a signal is being sent to Bronco the RC Triceratops™. 3.  TRANSFORMATION BUTTON  Press the Transformation Button to remotely transform Bronco the RC Triceratops™ from dino to vehicle or from vehicle to dino. Product Features
9Product Features4.  TURBO CHARGE LEVER  Move the Turbo Charge Lever up and down to charge Bronco the RC Triceratops’ turbo boosters. When Bronco  is  fully  charged,  he says, “charge complete.”5.  TURBO BOOST BUTTON with LED  If  Bronco  the  RC  Triceratops™  has  been charged to a level in which he has turbo boost power, the Turbo  Boost  Button  with  LED will blink. The faster the Turbo Boost Button with LED is blinking, the more time that will be allotted  for  the  turbo  boost.  Once the Turbo Boost  Button  with  LED is  pressed,  Bronco the RC Triceratops™ will move at an increased speed.   Note: A turbo boost will last for the duration of the charge level earned.  If the  full  turbo  boost  hasn’t been used while traveling in a certain direction, you can change direction or transform bronco and retain the remaining turbo boost available. 6.  DIRECTIONAL STEERING WHEEL  By turning the Directional Steering Wheel to the left/right, Bronco the RC Triceratops™ will turn left/right.7.  FORWARD/BACKWARD MOVEMENT  By pressing the Forward/Backward Button up/down, Bronco the RC Triceratops™ will move forward/backward.
10Product Features8.  Light Button  Press the Light Button to see the two headlights illuminate and hear fun sounds and phrases. 9.  TALK BUTTON  Press the Talk Button to hear the dino or driver talk.10. SOUND BUTTON  Press the Sound  Button to hear cool sound effects.11. STYLE BUTTON  Press the Style Button to change the dino eyes or choose a driver.12. VOLUME BUTTON   Press the Volume Button to adjust the volume.13. TURN THE UNIT OFF/ AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF  Slide the Off/Channel Switch on the Remote Controller to OFF to turn it OFF.
11Care & Maintenance / Troubleshooting  Slide the Off/Channel Switch on the Bronco  the  RC Triceratops™ to OFF to turn it OFF.  To preserve battery life, the Bronco the RC Triceratops™ and the Remote Control will automatically power-off after several minutes without input.   Note:IfBronco the RC Triceratops™ automatically turns off, turn the unit off and slide the Off/Channel Switch back to the I or II position used prior to turn it back on.CARE & MAINTENANCE1.  Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.2.  Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat source.3.  Remove the batteries when the unit is not in use for an extended period of time.4.  Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.TROUBLESHOOTINGIf for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow thesesteps:1.  Please turn the unit OFF. 2.  Interrupt the power supply by removing the battery.3.  Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the battery.4.  Turn the unit ON. The unit should now be ready to play again. 5.  If the product still does not work, replace with a new battery.If the problem persists, please call our Consumer Services Department at 1-800-521-2010 in  the U.S.  or 1-877-352-8697  in Canada, and a service representative will be happy to help you.
