The WMA Software is licensed to youfor use with your A/V Device under the following conditions.By installing and using this version of the Device Firmware,you are agreeing to these conditions.  IF YOU DO NOTAGREE TO THE END USER CONDITIONS OF THIS SECTION 7,DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS VERSION OF THE DEVICEFIRMWARE.The WMA Software is protected by copyright and otherintellectual property laws.  This protection also extends todocumentation for the WMA Software, whether in written orelectronic form.GRANT OF LICENSE.  The WMA Software is only licensed toyou as follows:You may use this version of the Device Firmware containingthe WMA Software only as such use relates to your A/VDevice.You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble theWMA Software, except and only to the extent that suchactivity is expressly permitted by applicable law.You may transfer your right to use the Device Firmware onlyas part of a sale or transfer of your A/V Device, on thecondition that the recipient agrees to the conditions set forthherein. If the security of the WM-DRM Software in your A/V Device has been compromised,owners of Secure Content (“Secure Content Owners”) mayrequest that Microsoft revoke the WM-DRM Software’s rightto acquire new licenses to copy, display, and/or play SecureContent.  Revocation does not alter the WM-DRM Software'sability to play unprotected content.  A list of revoked WM-DRM Software is sent to your A/V Device whenever youdownload a license for Secure Content from the Internet orfrom a computer.  Microsoft may, in conjunction with suchlicense, also download revocation lists onto your A/V Deviceon behalf of Secure Content Owners.8. THIRD PARTY SOFTWAREANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE THAT MAY BE PROVIDED WITHTHE PROGRAM IS INCLUDED FOR USE AT YOUR OPTION.  IFYOU CHOOSE TO USE SUCH THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, THENSUCH USE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY SUCH THIRD PARTY'SLICENSE AGREEMENT, AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF WHICH WILLBE INSTALLED IN THE APPROPRIATE FOLDER ON YOURCOMPUTER UPON INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE.THOMSON ENTITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRDPARTY’S SOFTWARE AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FORYOUR USE OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE.9. 10Using armband/wristbandSlide the small ends of the armband orwristband through the player’s rings andsecure with the buttons as shown below.Adjust the length of the armband if necessary.The length of the wristband is not adjustable.Before you beginCaution while driving•Use of headphones while operating anautomobile or moving vehicle is notrecommended and is unlawful in somestates and areas.
