2. AlabelmustbeaffixedtotheoutsideoftheendproductintowhichtheM70moduleisincorporated,withastatementsimilartothefollowing:ThisdevicecontainsFCCID:RAD312.3. Thismoduleistobeinstalledonlyinspecifiedhostasspecifiedinthismanualonly.ThehostwiththisLMAmodulehasbeentestedagainstthisSARlimit.ThehighestSARvaluereportedforproperlywornonthebodyis1.176W/kg.Thisdevicewastestedfortypicalbody‐wornoperationswiththebackofthehostwhichis5mmdistancewiththebody.TomaintaincompliancewithFCCRFexposurerequirements,useaccessoriesthatitwastesteddirectlywiththeuser'sbodyandthebackofthehost.Theuseofbeltclips,holstersandsimilaraccessoriesshouldnotcontainmetalliccomponentsinitsassembly.TheuseofaccessoriesthatdonotsatisfytheserequirementsmaynotcomplywithFCCRFexposurerequirements,andshouldbeavoided.4. Separateapprovalisrequiredforallotheroperatingconfigurations,includingportableconfigurationswithrespecttoFCCPart2.1093anddifferentantennaconfigurations.5.Acertifiedmodularhastheoptiontouseapermanentlyaffixedlabel,oranelectroniclabel.Forapermanentlyaffixedlabel,themodulemustbelabelledwithanFCCID:RAD312.TheOEMmanualmustprovideclearinstructionsexplainingtotheOEMthelabellingrequirements,optionsandOEMusermanualinstructionsthatarerequiredForahostusingathisFCCcertifiedmodularwithastandardfixedlabel,if(1)themodule’sFCCIDisnotvisiblewheninstalledinthehost,or(2)ifthehostismarketedsothatendusersdonothavestraightforwardcommonlyusedmethodsforaccesstoremovethemodulesothattheFCCIDofthemoduleisvisible;thenanadditionalpermanentlabelreferringtotheenclosedmodule:“ContainsTransmitterModuleFCCID:RAD312”or“ContainsFCCID:RAD312”mustbeused.ThehostOEMusermanualmustalsocontainclearinstructionsonhowenduserscanfindand/oraccessthemoduleandtheFCCID.6.HostproductisrequiredtocomplywithallapplicableFCCequipmentauthorizationsregulations,requirementsandequipmentfunctionsnotassociatedwiththetransmittermoduleportion.compliancemustbedemonstratedtoregulationsforothertransmittercomponentswithinthehostproduct;to
