Should this occur, the unit will not operate properly. In such a case, remove the disc and wait for about an hour until the moisture has evaporated.To maintain high sound qualityBe careful not to splash juice or other soft drinks onto the unit or discs.Playable discs*Discs that are not finalized cannot be played.“DVD VIDEO,” “DVD-R,” “DVD-RW,” “DVD+R,” and “DVD+RW” are trademarks.DVDA DVD contains both audio and visual data. A 12 cm (4 3/4 in) disc can hold 7 times the amount of data contained in a CD-ROM, which equals to 4 consecutive hours of playing time (8 hours for double-sided discs). DVDs are divided into 4 types: single sided single layer, single sided double layer, double sided single layer, and double sided double layer.Preventing an accidentThe pictures appear only after you park the car and set the parking brake.When the car starts moving, the pictures coming from the FRONT VIDEO OUT automatically disappear after displaying the following caution.The monitor connected to the REAR VIDEO OUT is available while the car is in motion. You can only play the section of audio on this unit.Notes•This unit conforms to the NTSC color system.
