To restore the phone to normal use, disconnect it from the computer.  1With a memory card inserted and your phone show ing the home screen, connect a M otorola micro USB data cable from your phone’s micro USB port to a USB port on your computer.2Your phone shows a USB config dialog. Scroll to Mass st orage and pressOK. You can’t use the files on your memory card w hile it is connected.3On your computer, use the “ M y Computer”  window  to find “ Removable Disk.”4Click on the “ Removable Disk”  icon to access the memory card.5Drag & drop files between your computer and memory card folders.6When you’re done, use the “ Safely Remove Hardware”  feature to finish.

Remove the back cover and battery (“Assemble & charge”  on page 5), then replace and turn on your phone as usual.ResetReset default factory settings on your phone.Caution: This option erases all information you have entered (including contacts and calendar entries) and content you have downloaded (including pictures, videos, and music files) stored in your phone’s memory.
