Please check the user guide of your phone regarding its voice recognition features. If you do not hear a tone, please try the feature without driving and look at the phone display to determine the recognition window.•   If you want to update the software of your car kit:Go to www.novero.com and install the novero software update tool. Bluetooth is safe to use and secure, too. Bluetooth phones support the car kit profile, the handsfree profile or both. In order to support a certain profile, a phone manufacturer must implement certain mandatory features within the software of the phone.Code or PIN is the code required to pair a Bluetooth device (e.g. a mobile phone) with your car kit.Device refers to both a telephone or music player which can be paired with TheTrustyOne.Mode is the state that TheTrustyOne is in, either telephone or music.
