If the screen does not turn on, install a charged battery. Check the battery level.Press to turn on the backlight.Change the contrast.Change the beep volume.Press and release the Orange keyand then press and releaseto change the contrast. Scan a bar code.Point the CK30 at the bar code.Press the Scan button or pull the trigger. A red aiming beam appears near the bar code.Move the CK30 so the aiming beam lies across the bar code.
