This document and the information contained herein are privileged and should only be viewed by expressly authorized parties.4/28/2008 Page:  1Chapter 1 : Introduction:The Walgreens Installation Manual (M-1-1000) defines the complete installation processes and requirements for the installation of the Goliath Solutions System in the Walgreens Environment.  The target audience for this manual is the Installation Team which consists of Goliath Solutions Personnel, the Cable Installation Vendor (CIV) and the Cable Installation Team (CIT).This manual is comprised of three separate documents that are referred to as Guides.  The Guides and their associated document numbers are listed below:Introduction to Store Install Processes Guide (G-1-2001)Walgreens Installation Guide (G-1-2002)Walgreens Store Floor Plan Reference Guide (G-1-2003)Each one of the Guides defines a different portion of the installation process, but together they define the complete installation process.  Also defined on the header page of each guide and on the header/footer of each page within the guide are the version number and the release date of the guide.  When any new updated guides are released, the version number and release date is updated.Introduction to Store Install Processes Guide (G-1-2001)The Introduction to the Store Install Processes Guide provides an introduction/overview tothe installation process of the Goliath Solutions System in the retail environment.  Standard terms, processes and devices are defined in this guide.  This guide is not specific to any retailer.Walgreens Installation Guide (G-1-2002)The Walgreens Installation Guide defines in detail the complete installation process and requirements for the installation of the Goliath Solutions System in the Walgreens Environment.

This document and the information contained herein are privileged and should only be viewed by expressly authorized parties.4/28/2008 Page:  2Walgreens Store Floor Plan Reference Guide (G-1-2003)The Walgreens Store Floor Plan Reference Guide defines the most common floor plans and the suggested locations of the Goliath equipment for that floor plan.  This guide is only to be used as a reference tool.  The Installation team will be provided the actual floor plan of the store prior to the installation.  This floor plan will provide the recommended locations for the Goliath equipment.  The actual locations of the Goliath equipment will be determined by a store survey at the beginning of the installation.
