Manual Requirement of FCC / IC Model: DNNS087  Our product is one of vehicle parts incorporated into the vehicle as original equipment.     Therefore, we will not supply the user manual.  However, we will ask the vehicle manufacturer to include following statements in the user manual of the vehicle in accordance with FCC and IC requirements.  1. Requirement for User manual of the vehicle 1.1. FCC Requirement In accordance with 15.21 of FCC rule, following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle. FCC WARNING Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.  In accordance with requirement of FCC§15.19(a)(3), following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle. NOTE This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.    Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.  In accordance with requirement of FCC radio frequency Exposure Guidelines, following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle. CAUTION: Radio Frequency Radiation Exposure This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines. This equipment should be installed and operated keeping the radiator at least 20cm or more away from person’s body.    Co-location This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
Manual Requirement of FCC / IC Model: DNNS087  1.2. IC Requirement In accordance with requirement of RSS-GEN, following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle. The antenna cannot be removed (and changed) by user.  NOTE This device complies with Industry Canada’s licence-exempt RSSs. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.  In accordance with requirement of RSS-102 of the IC radio frequency Exposure rules, following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle.  CAUTION: Radio Frequency Radiation Exposure This equipment complies with IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets RSS-102 of the IC radio frequency (RF) Exposure rules.  This equipment should be installed and operated keeping the radiator at least 20cm or more away from person’s body.  Co-location This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.  In accordance with requrement of RSS-247, following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle. High-power radars are allocated as primary users (i.e. priority users) of the bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5650-5850 MHz.    These radars could cause interference and/or damage to LE-LAN devices.
