It may cause damage to the retina and eyesight damage.  If you use the product at a place with a big difference in ambient temperature, barcode can’t be recognized temporarily due to moisture or frost in the barcode window.  If the scanner window is perpendicular (0°) to the barcode, it is impossible to read barcode due to characteristics of the laser barcode engine.
