 Set Up and Operating Instructions for Remote Control Model UR28AHome Control - When this button is pressed, the remote control is set to RF mode.  The remote can then be used tocontrol X-10 RF home control modules.To Setup for Home Control:Plug in an X-10 Transceiver (sold separately) and set it to Housecode A. You can control it and other X-10 modules (setto Housecode A) as follows:1. Press and release the Home Control button.2. Use the number buttons to enter the Unit Code number of the chosen module. (You do not need to enter ‘0’ first for asingle digit number.)3. Press the appropriate button for the function you require (see below).X-10 Functions:On: CHANNEL +Off: CHANNEL –Bright: VOLUME +Dim: VOLUME –All Lights On: POWERAll Modules Off: MUTENote: You cannot dim or brighten an Appliance Module. If the module was off and you press its number followed byBright or Dim (VOLUME+ or VOLUME-) this will simply turn the module on. All Lights On only works with LampModules. (Appliance Modules do not respond to this command).Changing the X-10 House Code:The UR28A Remote defaults to Housecode A, and in most cases you will not need to change this unless you areexperiencing interference from a neighboring X-10 system.1. Press and release the X-10 button.2. Press and hold SETUP until the LED indicator lights steadily. Release the Setup button.3. Use the number buttons to enter the number equivalent to the chosen Housecode  (1=A, 2=B ..16=P).4. Press the ENTER button to confirm the Housecode. The LED turns off.Note: The Housecode you choose must match the Housecode on the Transceiver and X-10 Modules you are using itwith.F.C.C. CAUTION - THIS DEVICE COMPLIES WITH PART 15 OF THE FCC RULES.
