 S500 stereo Bluetooth headset Operation Instructions     Power on When the headset is off, press and hold the Multi-function Button (MFB) for 2 seconds, the LED indicator will flash slowly in blue. Meantime, you will hear a tone ”Hello” from the speaker of the headset;  the  headset  will  be  paired  with  last  connected  bluetooth  devices  or  mobile  phones automatically when it’s on.  Power off When the headset is power on, press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds, the LED indicator will flash slowly in red. Meantime, you will hear a tone “Goodbye” from the speaker, the headset will be turned off when disconnected with any phone.  Pairing mode When the headset  is  off,  press  and hold MFB  for  5  seconds  until  LED  flashes  red  and  blue  in alternating colors, together with a tone “discovering”. ※ If you release the MFB before headset goes into pairing mode, it will power on and connect with the last paired devices, if you want to pair the headset with a new phone, please power it off and then enter into pairing mode, the headset will stop pairing when fail to connect with any phone in 3 minutes.  Easy connect function If the headset doesn’t connect with any phone when it’s on, it will be entering into pairing mode by pressing V+& V- concurrently.  Answering calls If a call comes in when listening to the music or headset standing by, press MFB to answer the incoming call, together with a tone “call answered”,  the music will be paused during this time, indicator lightV+(next)MFBV-(previous)
after finished your call the music will be playing on automatically.  Reject calls If a call comes in when listening to the music or headset standing by, press and hold MFB for 2 seconds to reject the call, meantime you can hear a tone “call rejected” from the speaker of the headset.  End calls Press MFB button to terminate  a phone call, meantime you can hear a  tone “call terminated” from  the  speaker,  at  the  same  time,  music  will  restart  automatically  if  you  are  listening  to previously.  Volume adjust when talking on the phone By  pressing  the  V+/V-  to  make  volume  up/down,  you’ll  hear  a  warning  tone  when  reaching max/min volume.  Last number redials When listening to the music or headset standing by, double click MFB to redial the last number, meantime you can hear a tone “last number redial” from the speaker, the music will be paused during this time.  Mute When talking on the phone, press and hold Vol+ or Vol- for 2 seconds to hold your microphone, you can hear from the caller but the caller fails to hear from you, there will be a warning tone from the headset every 3 seconds.  Quit mute By pressing and holding Vol+ or Vol- for 2 seconds to quite the mute mode.  Switching between your mobile phone and headset When  talking  on  the  phone,  double-click  the  MFB  to  switch  the  voice  from  your  headset  to mobile phone, by double click MFB again, the voice will back to the headset together with a tone “transfer audio”.  Reconnect: When  the  headset  and  mobile  phone  are  disconnected,  you  can  hear  a  tone  “your  device  is
disconnected”, meantime if you press MFB, it will be reconnect together with a tone “your device is connected”, some phones may be prompted whether you’d like to be paired.  Voice dial If your mobile phone supports this function, press and hold V+ or V- for 2 seconds to activate voice  commands  when  the  headset  standby  or  music  playing,  meantime  you  will  hear  a  tone “voice dial”, by re-pressing  and re-holding V+ or V- for 2 seconds during the voice  dialing,  the voice dial will be cancelled, please refer to the manual of your mobile phone for support about voice commands  Pause and restart music:      When listening to the music, click MFB to pause, click MFB again to restart it.  Play previous song Press V+ for 2 seconds, play PREV song.  Play next song Press V- for 2 seconds, play next song.  Connect with 2 mobile phones A, please disconnect the Bluetooth device from your phone 1 if it’s connected already. B, by pressing V+&V- concurrently to make the headset in pairing mode. C, Turn on& search Bluetooth device on your second phone until you find “S500”, and then please make pairing till success. D, please do pairing with your phone 2. E, now 2 mobile phones connecting finished.  Transfer call. When you’re talking on the phone and another call coming in, press MFB for 2 seconds to reject the incoming call, if you click V+& V- concurrently, you can receive the incoming call, your first call will be hold on, when you click V+& V- concurrently again, you’ll back to the first call. To switch back to the first  call, click V+V-  concurrently until  you hear a  beep  again, you can answer the second call by ending the  first call with a simple click on MFB, press and hold  V+& MFB for 2 seconds until you hear a beep again. Note: this operation requires that your mobile phone supports the call waiting feature.
